Mission

To help people effect positive change within themselves, their organizations, and society.

About Fanta

Fanta Sarah, Founder

My personal mission is two-fold. I work to help individuals achieve their growth goals and help organizations become more equitable.

My passion for working in equity and anti-racism sparked as a child listening to loved ones share stories of human resilience. Growing up as a member of a multiracial, multicultural, and multireligious family demonstrated to me the beauty and importance of diversity. In college, I began to realize my personal mission engaging in diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism (DEIA) work. Through the office of academic community engagement, I worked with a local YMCA's Black and Latino Achievers program where I supported youth in setting and achieving their education and career goals. I was also involved in the cross-cultural center where I participated in and implemented programming that promoted inclusion and belonging on campus. This work filled my sense of purpose and I've been working in alignment with that calling ever since.
